ARTIST NOTES: Layers of washes of acrylic colour create depth to express the many aspects of the hot and humid climate of Cairns. The orange and pink afternoon skies peep behind the mountains and tint the city below. The rainforest meets the reef in it's intensely colourful splendor.

ARTIST BIO

I am an artist residing in Cairns, Australia and also Mijas, Malaga Spain. I have been painting for several years after a successful career as a fashion designer and former teacher at RMIT University in Melbourne Australia, as well as a jewellery designer and photographer for my business. I have a BA (Fashion) from RMIT. I paint abstract as well as colourful portraits.
